Return and Exchange
Customers must check the product upon delivery. If necessary, you can return the product within 14 days after you sign off the delivery by sending an email to (working hours: 11:30-20:30) along with a photo of the defective part of the product, tag on the package, order number and product code. Any request of exchange or refund over 14 days will be declined.
For hygienic reasons, undergarments, wing bras, nude bras, used and washed items cannot be returned. Accessories like veils, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and headpieces are not returnable. Products on clearance or sale are also not returnable or exchangeable.
Products must be in original conditions, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. Any damaged, used, modified or broken products cannot be returned or refunded.
All refunds will only be issued to the same credit card or payment platform customers use for the original purchase.
We accept product return for the following situations:
1) Defective items
2) Extreme difference between the product and photo (details and lists of difference are required)
3) Mismatched size (e.g. ordered for size“S” but received size“M”)
4) Mismatched delivery
Please note that custom-ordered items are not returnable except mismatched item or size delivered. There is no return if the item is not to your liking or slight defect.
